Orders for China-made C919 jumbo jets reach 235 units

The total orders for the China-made C919 jumbo jet reached 235 units after Singapore-based aircraft leasing company BOC Aviation placed a new order for the jets recently. The BOC Aviation placed an order for 20 C919 aircraft produced by China's state-owned plane maker Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (COMAC). This deal makes BOC Aviation the eleventh customer of the C919. This is the first C919 order COMAC received since its jumbo jet project entered the detailed design phase at the end of last year.....
