What is an AerospaceMall Classification and why is this necessary?

When you list your company in the Aerospace Directory we ask a series of questions about your company's business.  These questions/answers determine your company's AerospaceMall classification.   All questions must be answered in accordance with the Terms of Service and each application is reviewed for inaccurate or misleading information.

An AerospaceMall classification is similar to the Aerospace Industry's classification of OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2 & Tier 3 or Service.  AerospaceMall allows you to determine your company's classification for the purpose of displaying as much information about other participating members of the AerospaceMall without displaying too much information about your competitors.   These classifications are only in use when viewing information in the Performance Rating System.

What if my company has more than one classification?  The ASM only allows each company one classification level.  This level is always the level that prevents competing companies from viewing each others information.
